At Partnership Care, we are proud to offer a range of services as part of our pledge to deliver person-centred care for all our clients. Whether it's an extra pair of hands to carry the shopping, help accessing a service, or just a chance to socialise, our carers will meet your needs with a smile.

Below are just a few of the services we offer to clients. If you require any other type of care, in or around Buckinghamshire, don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll find a plan that suits you.

1:1 care describes a care structure with one client to one carer. Having 1:1 support is the standard model for many of our clients. This means clients can always access a carer, and receive support to achieve their goals minute to minute.

Partnership Care typically runs group activities on weekends, giving clients a chance to socialise and get the most out of their leisure time by attending an event or other planned activity. There are also opportunities for clients to go out in groups during the week, upon request.

Overnight stays offer a chance for clients to develop their independence in a fun, safe environment, alongside other boarders. Stays also allow family members, or other full-time guardians, to have a break from their care role.

Many people with additional can and want to work. Beyond earning a wage, any work, paid or volunteer, can provide structure and a chance to socialise. For support getting a job, or to arrange a carer during work hours, get in touch and find out how we can help.
